Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods:

We offer standard ground shipping for all electric vehicle chargers. Expedited shipping options are not currently available.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs for one (1) electric vehicle chargers will incur a $0 charge. Shipping costs for two (2) or more electric vehicle chargers will incur a shipping cost of $25 per each additional charger purchased.  

Processing Time:

Orders for electric vehicle chargers typically take 2-3 business days to process before they are shipped. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may take longer to process.

Shipping Time:

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but typically take between 3-7 business days. Please note that shipping times may be longer for remote or rural locations.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking information to track the progress of your shipment.

Shipping Restrictions:

At this time, we are only able to ship electric vehicle chargers to addresses within the United States. We are not able to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Damage:

In the rare event that your electric vehicle charger is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement charger as soon as possible.
